Remove the instructions for existing projects, since this was written
with a Mendix context in mind and not as relevant now..

Mention Poetry.

Use "contexts" as parameters to tests, ran through indirectly (with the
corresponding `pytest` feature) through a fixture that generates a project
and returns a new `Project` object containing both the result and the
original `BaseContext`.

Also made the documentation a bit leaner, removing some historical
content that were relevant at Mendix around the time the project was
created.
